The Federal Capital Territory Administration has expressed displeasure over how some people conducted themselves as regards the proper use of personal protective equipment at the burial site of the late Chief of Staff to President Buhari of Nigeria, Mallam Abba Kyari who died yesterday from complications from the COVID19 and was buried today at Gudu Cemetry in Abuja.
